The Real Estate Home Inspection industry:

 is a growing and rewarding field that recently opened up due to a new licensing law in New York State that requires prospective inspectors to complete a pre-approved 140 hour licensing course. 

Sunrise Career Institute, Inc. is proud to announce that we have been fully authorized by the New York State Department of State to offer this special course.

We pride ourselves on high quality instruction given in small classes  --  never more than 15 students. 

All of our instructors are highly experienced, averaging over 20 years in the field.  They bring in real life experiences from their ongoing and successful home inspection practices, which creates an informal, interactive learning environment that is riveting, interesting, informative and effective!
