Thank you for your interest in our Home Inspection Licensing Course.  I want to give you an opportunity to learn more about the course and the field of home inspection in New York State.  I invite you to be our guest as you sit in on an actual four hour class on home inspection and give us candid feedback on your experience.  If this is not for you or for any reason you don’t want to take this course you pay nothing.  The class is free!  If on the other hand you discover that this in an interesting field to enter and you envision yourself  as a licensed home inspector, either as your own boss or working for someone else, enroll and continue in the course.  Your four hour class will count toward the required hours for completion!

 Come join us on a Tuesday evening from 5 PM to 9 PM (Arrive at 4:30 and be our guest for dinner!), OR on a Saturday morning (and be our guest for lunch).  Check the course schedule  --  we welcome guests on the first class session of a new module.  You must call in advance to reserve a seat as space is limited!

 Real Estate Home Inspection is a growing and rewarding field that recently opened up due to a new licensing law that requires prospective inspectors to complete a pre-approved 140 hour licensing course.  Sunrise Career Institute, Inc. is proud to announce that we have been fully authorized by the New York State Department of State to offer this special course. 

 We pride ourselves on high quality instruction given in small classes  --  never more than 15 students.  All of our instructors are highly experienced , averaging over 20 years in the field.  They bring in real life experiences from their ongoing and successful home inspection practices, which creates an informal, interactive learning environment that is interesting, informative and effective!

 You can complete the course in as little as two months. The course consists of five modules that can be taken in any order, so new students can begin classes about every two weeks.
